For AB AoE is king for killing shrines. Earth has plenty of that, although I would consider using an AoE KD for ensuring they sit through it.

Maybe something along these lines:
Sandstorm, Dragons Stomp, Churning Earth, Ebon Hawk, Stoning, Aura of Resto, Earth Attunement, Optional.

Id run a run skill in the optional, dash is probably ideal if u can change to sin secondary, otherwise if ur stuck with mesmer either illusion of haste, or storm/flame djinns haste.

Although for AB ur probably better off with fire.

For AB/JQ/FA, you will probably be looking to cap/clear shrines. I suggest twin heats, MoR, firestorm ( I know - the horror of FS, but it synergises well with MoR ). Fire Attune, AoR (or go secondary monk and take HB for JQ/FA). Elite would be MB or Savannah. Final spot could be a running skill (FDH) another AoE (Breath of Fire) or a direct attack skill such as Fireball, Immolate or Lava Arrows.

For AB, you should be the one taking "fall back". It'll be more useful to your team than any other spell you could put in that slot.

Obligatory JQ, AB and AB isnt proper pvp jibe.

If you are starting out in pvp, try running either a SF or SH build. Commonly asked for in most areas and stupid easy to play.

In AB there's no need to bring a snare or KD for shrines - I never saw any of the NPC's running out of AoE (that's "even more easier" than PvE). Although that KD/snare are valuable against players (so bring Meteor if using fire).

+1 for Fall Back (@9 Command, and get a command shield)
